This is an early 1900's Victorian German chainmail mesh purse in excellent condition. It has a gorgeous weight and sway to the metal and decorative bordered "skirt".   The matching chain adds an additional 5" drop to the top of the scalloped frame.  It has two beautiful black onyx stones or beads in the kiss clasp.
