From Eduard Hueck, this pure (rein) nickel tilting/reversible coffee maker from 1900 is a beautiful example of Nouveau style. The vertical stand (stamped "8") has classic floral scroll, providing a hold for the inversion of the percolating coffee.
Remove the wood handle (see photographs for wear) and the mid-section opens to reveal coffee filter basket. There is a "spirit burner" that has an interior wick and nestles into the base, keeping the pot warm.
- Some denting, top and base, as photographed.
- Measures approximately 5" x 14" tall.
- Spout is stamped "6"
- Stand is stamped "8"
- Teapot: 5.5"h x 12"w (including spout and handle)
