Shipping

​Shipping Costs:

 

Shipping rates are based on flat-fee, as follows:

 

Order Total Under $150:  $21.00 Flat Rate USPS Priority Mail

Order Total over $150:  Free Shipping.  The method of shipment will be  either USPS Priority Mail or FedEx, depending upon the order's value.  See above.

Shipping Methods:

 

Purchases Under $500:  Most orders ship within 1 - 2 business days.  All packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail, flat rate, which provides tracking and insurance.  Priority Mail is typically received in the U.S. within 1 - 3 business days.  

Considered does not assume any responsibility for loss, damages or delays by any shipping method.

Local Delivery:

Considered will hand-deliver your purchase to the following zip codes, typically within 1 business day, often same day:  93003, 93067, 93101, 93103, 93108, 93109, 93110, 93111, 93013, 93117, 93022

$45 fee for orders under $500, free delivery for orders over $500.  Should no one be available to personally receive the delivery, a photo will be taken of the item and location of delivery.  This location will be at your direction.  Considered assumes no responsibility for the package post-delivery.

Missing Packages:

 

If an item is showing as delivered by FedEx or USPS but you have not received it, we will need additional information from you in order to file a claim.  Without your assistance we are unable to replace orders that have been marked as "delivered" by UPS or USPS.

Please wait 2-4 business days.  Often times a carrier will mistakenly mark an order as delivered yet they still have it.  When a package goes missing, 90% of the time it gets delivered a day or so AFTER the carrier says they delivered it.  Ask your carrier where they left the package.  Sometimes the USPS carriers will mark the order as delivered but have instead taken it back to the post office.  You will need to assist us in finding the package in order for us to begin a claim for the missing package.  

If the previous steps do not locate a missing package please email owner@considered-shop.com. We do not provide a refund for missing packages unless you can provide us with the above information.  

Lost or Damaged During Shipping:

At Considered, we take extreme care to wrap and protect your item.  If your purchase does arrive damaged, please contact us within (3) days of receipt.   All packages are insured so please keep all packaging.  Considered will need to submit proof to the carrier to be reimbursed.  

Returns

Unless noted on the product's details, I will accept returns with (7) calendar days of delivery.  A Return Request must be submitted to owner@considered-shop.com within (7) calendar days of delivery to verify its ability to be returned.

 

Items must be shipped back to our offices at 4516 Foothill Road, Carpinteria, CA. 93103 within (14) calendar days of delivery.  Submit tracking information to owner@considered-shop.com.  The return shipping costs will be the Buyer's responsibility.


Cancellation

You may request a cancellation prior to item being shipped by contacting us at owner@considered-shop.com or 206-914-0461.

Gift Wrap | Gift Certificate

We would be happy to gift-wrap your item and include a handwritten note, message of your choosing.    Gift certificate are available in any denomination.  They can be texted, mailed, or emailed.
